How Tourned Up Golf uses email, and how to control what lands in your inbox.

Two kinds of email

We keep promotional email completely separate from the emails you need to use the app.

Activity emails

Account & activity (transactional)

Things that happen because you're part of a tournament or team — these keep the app working:

Because these are essential to a tournament you're already part of, they don't have a one-click unsubscribe. You can still turn them off anytime in the app (Profile → Notification Preferences → Activity Emails).

Marketing emails

News & promotions (marketing)

Optional announcements, new features, offers and golf content. Every marketing email includes a one-click unsubscribe, and you can toggle it anytime in the app (Profile → Notification Preferences → Marketing Emails). Unsubscribing from marketing never affects your activity emails.

Manage your preferences

The fastest way is right inside the app:

Open in the App Open Notification Settings

Path in the app: Profile → Notification Preferences. Separate toggles control Activity Emails, Marketing Emails, and Push Notifications.
